Property Management only receives the data the user enters or that you may transmit by sending a message using our contact form in the contact us section or by signing up for our mailing list.

If you send us a message from our contact form or sign up for our mailing list, the data and metadata are retained indefinitely. Users who sign up for the mailing list can see, edit, or disable their mailing preferences at any time going to a Newsletter email received and clicking Unsubscribe or Manage my subscription link at the bottom of the email or by clicking here [mailpoet_manage text=”Manage your subscription”] . If you are unable to unsubscribe, please send us a message under the contact us page.

The Board of Directors can view, edit and delete user information. If you would like us to delete your information from our website, please contact Property Management.
