Parking Pass & Key Fobs Pick Up

As communicated in our newsletter, new key fobs for the pool area, along with parking passes, are available for pickup by scheduling an appointment by calling The Management Trust’s office from 8am to 5pm Mon-Thurs. and 8am-3pm on Friday at (951) 371-2727 x1513.  Homeowner must either: 1) Come in person to Management Trust or 2) designate a proxy individual by letter or email to pick-up. Please bring your old parking permit for collection. Current parking passes from 2017 will remain valid until further notice, we will notify via our bulletin boards, email newsletter and website when they become invalid. As a reminder, per our Rules and Regulations, only 1 (one) parking permit is assigned to each unit.
