Pool Reopening [Updated]

As a follow-up regarding the status of reopening the pool area, the safety-related construction is currently wrapping up today 07.06.2021. On Wednesday, the pool company will be cleaning and refilling the pool along with allowing a safe amount of time to filter the pool water so that it is in a safe condition for all attendees.

As such, the pool will reopen on Thursday, July 7th. We would like to reemphasize the following:

1. If you have not received your pool fob, please make arrangements to obtain your fob during business hours tomorrow between 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. at our Corona office location.
2. The Board is in the process of planning an official Grand Opening Event for the pool. Please stay tuned for additional details coming soon.
3. Please take the time to review the current pool rules which can be obtained through the Vantaca Homeowner Portal and the Community Website. For your convenience, we have attached a copy here.

We appreciate your patience regarding the reopening of the pool area and would like to provide the following updates.

1. Please note that the Board is concerned for the safety of all residents, which is why the reopening of the pool has been delayed. Unfortunately, an incident occurred with the construction vendor which has brought to light a safety hazard concerning the tiles on the pool deck. As such, the Board had opted to delay the reopening until such a time as the safety concern has been sufficiently mitigated.
2. The tentative schedule for reopening the pool is Wednesday, July 6^th. This is subject to change based on the safety concerns noted above.
3. If you have not received your pool fob, please make arrangements to obtain your fob during business hours tomorrow between 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. at our Corona office location. Please note that pool fobs are available for those who have not picked up their fobs during last year’s transition. If you have already picked up your fob during the recent transition, your fob will work at the pool gate.
4. The Board is in the process of planning an official Grand Opening Event for the pool. Please stay tuned for additional details coming soon.
