Complex Roofing Project

DePinho Roofing has been contracted to replace all the roofs throughout the property. This work is scheduled to begin at the end of July, beginning of August. Note that flyers will be posted at all buildings three days before each building is scheduled to start. Please watch for future flyers on your building announcing commencement, or other communications. Additional information about the process and what to expect will be included in our next flyer. The start of the project will commence at the southwest corner of the property.

All buildings will get pre-inspected before roof work for assessment purposes. Please be aware at some point, in some cases as soon as the next day, an inspection will be checking the roof of the building, or a neighboring building. There is no need for the homeowner to be home for the inspection to occur. For any questions, comments and or concerns, Please contact Property Management.
