The Management Trust – Property Management

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that as of 9/1/2019 the Management Trust has been selected to serve the professional management needs of Corona Laurelwood HOA. They provide high level of management services that homeowners of the Laurelwood community expect and deserve.

Homeowners can call this number with questions regarding assesments, the calls will be promptly connected to an accounting department representative. For emergencies after their business hours, please call 800-672-7800 and the answering service will assist you.

Homeowners will be receiving the September statement from Management Trust shortly.

The Board of Directors would like to thank Jeremy Elgin and the Diversified team for the past years of professional service to the Laurelwood community.
