Holiday Lights Contest 2025

Our Holiday Lights Contest is around the corner. Talk to your neighbors and participate as we light up Laurelwood. See the details below for the rules of the contest.

1) Judging will take place on the 4th week of December. We ask you have your lights on each of those nights for our judges.
2) Winners will be announced via our website and during our January 2025 Board Meeting.
3) Prizes are 1st-$50, 2nd-$25 Gift Cards
4) Contest is not limited to Christmas themes. Please decorate in whatever you enjoy celebrating this time of year. Judges will be looking for overall festiveness and eye-catching designs.

Contest Rules:
1) You must be current on HOA Assessments to be eligible to win.
2) Sign up  HERE by filling out the form to participate otherwise you will be ineligible.
3) You must adhere to all HOA Rules and Regulations, see Rules here. Kindly reminder that holiday lights must be taken down 7 days after the last observed holiday.
4) Either Action Property Management or Five Star Landscaping will be judging the event.
5) Decorations displayed Nov 25 – Dec 27th are the only ones that will be considered.
