Landscape Maintenance

Five Star, our Landscaping company has started reseeding our green belts. The west side of the complex is being worked on this week, and expect to start on the east side of Laurelwood next week. Our green belts will return to normal in a couple of weeks. Why reseed? In order to maintain a healthy established lawn, certain maintenance practices  such as fertilizing, watering and mowing are required. Old green belts are often more disease and insect prone, requiring more fertilizer and water.  The investment of over seeding our green belts pays off by reducing the amount of fertilizer, water consumption and pesticides. The end result, a healthier and greener lawn around Laurelwood.
