Parking updates, permits, payment options & Rules
We want to take a moment to update the community in regard to several topics, including security patrols, towing services, parking permits, payment options, and rule enforcement.
Triton Global Services (TGS) is newly contracted to perform daily community patrols. In addition to performing a visual check throughout the community, they will also check vehicles for valid parking permits and patrol “no parking” lanes.
Towing services will continue with Hamner Towing. Please remember vehicles unlawfully parked in “no parking” lanes may be towed without notice and at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Existing parking permits will expire at the end of 2019. Replacement permits will be available for distribution very soon. We will send out further notice to the community once they are available for distribution.
Did you know you can make your monthly HOA payments online by logging into your owner’s web portal? All payment options can be viewed at https://coronalaurelwoodhoa.com/faqs/how-do-i-pay-my-hoa-fees/.
As many of you already know, The Management Trust commenced management services on September 1, 2019. One of the main responsibilities of the management company is to execute the Association’s rule enforcement processes. Please note management will perform monthly site checks. Unit owners found to be in violation will be cited. Repeat rule offences will result in owners being called to hearings and possible fines. Trash bins left in view past the allowable timeframe is by far the biggest rule violation we have noticed so far. Please remember to remove trash bins from view before the end of the day after trash removal day. Also, please remember to submit an application and receive approval before beginning any exterior modifications.
Please take the time to review and understand the HOA’s rules. If applicable, please share the rules with your tenants and make sure they too hold an understanding of the matter. Ultimately, owners are responsible for the actions of their tenants and their tenant’s guests.
Most general inquiries in regard to rules, account balances, payment options, parking permits, exterior modification applications, etc. can be addressed by visiting coronalaurelwoodhoa.com If needed, you may contact your Community Support Specialist, Alma Bautista, at 951-371-2727 ext. 1504 or alma.bautista[at]managementtrust.com. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Happy Holidays!
