Pool is now open

The Board of Directors together with Property Management have working diligently to enhance the pool area before summer. Our contractors have completed restroom lighting upgrades from FCL to LED, new motion timers to conserve energy, as well as additional seating near spa and entrance. We are still in the process of working with our contractors to add more light around the pool, provide better security around the pool area perimeter, upgraded signage and access control updates to stay up to date with technology. Property Management will provide updates as we continue to work on the common areas for enjoyment of all our residents.
