Roof Inspections

Be advised DePinho Roofing will be performing roof inspections to all units throughout the property on:

THURSDAY 10/23/25 & FRIDAY 10/24/25

Please note the schedule is weather permitting and subject to change.

No one needs to be home for the inspection.

Please expect one of our inspectors on your roof on one of those days. We will begin inspections at 8:00 a.m. and continue until about 4:00p.m. We expect the inspection of each unit to take only a few minutes, checking specifically the rain diverters. However, we may need a few additional minutes to address any discovered problems.
