Roofing Project – Skylights

The upcoming roof replacement project is expected to start on Monday, July 26th. For those homes that have skylights, please note that DePinho Roofing will be inspecting the conditions of the skylights along with taking inventory of which homes currently have skylights installed. You may hear footsteps and other noises atop your roof. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your patience during this time.

Upon their inspection and recommendation for replacement, owners will be required to choose one (1) of two (2) styles for replacement. As these skylights are under the responsibility of the owner, the Board has agreed to cover the cost of the installation with the cost of the skylight itself being charged back to the owner.

Please choose one (1) of the two (2) styles below as soon as possible and send your selection to isaiah.berry@managementtrust.com. Please send your choice no later than Monday, July 26th at 5:00 PM, otherwise the default choice will be number one (1) below. Management will work with the roofing company to have your choice installed should replacement be recommended.

Standard Aluminum frame model, outer white dome (inner dome is clear) – $228.00
Bronze Anodized Aluminum frame model, white dome (inner dome is clear) – $241.00
