Street Seal Coating/Striping Phases

The City of Corona has been contacted to allow parking on Fullerton during the seal coating/striping phase. We anticipate no conflict with trash pick-up on this seal/coating/striping schedule. A map with specific street closures is attached so residents may anticipate the work and also posted in our 7 bulletin boards around the complex for residents to find alternative parking. Notices as also been attached on each guest parking signs for more visibility.

• Seal Coating/Striping Phase 1: (Pink)       10/8 @ 7AM
• Seal Coating/Striping Phase 2: (Blue)       10/10 @ 7AM
• Seal Coating/Striping Phase 3: (Green)    10/12 or 10/15 @ 7AM

During the seal/coating/striping, no streets or parking will be accessible in one of the three areas for that 24-36 hour period. Please try to park on alternative guest parking areas during scheduled work. Violators who drive over the uncured streets leaving tread marks to park in their driveways will be fined and towed. Residents are never able to park at curbs in the open streets as emergency vehicles must have double-parking access at all times per City ordinance.
