Common Area Trenching

Five Star has started trenching work in common areas near pool walk ways, Privet CT, Winter Green streets as well as some mailboxes to install electrical and ethernet conduit for future common area lighting & surveillance projects. Please be aware and be cautious of marked orange wood boards on walkways. These areas will be repaired as soon as the project finalizes.
