Dues Billing Error

We have become aware of a billing error affecting your monthly assessment dues. As directed by the Corona Laurelwood Board of Directors and disclosed in the Budget Report sent out on May 30,2021, your monthly assessment should have increased to $232.00 as of August 1, 2021. Due to an oversight on our part, this change was not billed as scheduled, and we continued to bill the old assessment amount. The monthly assessment amount has now been updated and the correct assessment amount will appear on your next billing statement. In addition to the updated assessment amount, you will also see billing adjustments on your statement for the increase retroactive to August 1.
