Meet Ann Brooks, our new Property Manager

The Board of Directors would like to introduce our new Property Manager Ann Brooks, she is exited to be our new community manager. Her office is in Corona, just 10 minutes away from Coronal Laurelwood. She encourages to say hello, whenever she is on property. She will gladly answer your questions by reaching her at  the Office (951) 371-2727 X 1518. Ann shared a few interesting points about her:

• She is a Certified Community Association Manager with California Association of Community Managers
• Has a Bachelors of Science in Business Admin Cal Poly San, Luis Obispo
• Was Employee  of the year 2021 – The Management Trust
• Her Favorite quote “Do or Do Not, There is no try”
• Her Favorite activity – attending football games and band competitions
• Her Favorite get away – the beach
• What makes me happy – making lists and marking it complete

Isaiah Berry will continue working for The Management Trust and will assist Ann during the transition. The Board of Directors would like to thank Isaiah for being part of our community and for all the work accomplished at Corona Laurelwood.
