Common Lighting Project | Phase 2 [Complete]

The Board of Directors has contracted Horizon Lighting and Five Star Landscape to start renovation of our common lighting. The scope of the project starts with trenching areas, installation of new conduit, removal and replacement of damaged pole fixtures, installation of brand new fixtures to match our current wall fixtures, and replacement of CFL Bulbs to energy efficient LED Bulbs to maximize energy savings.  Phase 1 of the project  starts on Saturday April 25 on Silk Tree and Desert Willow.
