Notice of proposed Operating Rule Change

This notice is provided in accordance with California Civil Code section 4360, which requires the Association to provide the Members with a minimum of twenty-eight (28) days general notice of proposed rule changes. The purpose of this notice is to offer Members an opportunity to provide comments and opinions on the proposed changes.

Corona Laurelwood’s Rules and Regulations are being revised to include the following rule with respect to pool usage:

POOL, SPA AND CABANA:

 

  1. Guests are allowed ONLY when accompanied by a resident. Four (4) individuals are permitted per key fob pass at one time without prior permission from Management or Board of Directors.

 

The Board invites your comments on this proposed Operating Rule change. The proposed changes will be considered for adoption by the Board at its open session meeting set for October 28, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held physically at The Management Trust Office, located at:

4160 Temescal Canyon Road, Suite 208

Corona, CA 92883.
