Parking Enforcement

Our Homeowners Association has contracted with a new patrol and parking enforcement company, Securitas starting Friday, June 21, 2018. The security officer will be checking that vehicles are parked in driveways or guest parking spaces, properly displaying valid parking passes. Securitas officers also will perform checks around common areas.

Property Management wishes to remind all residents that only one pass is issued per homeowner.  City ordinances require streets to be accessible to emergency response vehicles.  This means that if you or your guest are parked over 15 minutes in the street without blinkers on, your car will be subject to immediate towing.
