Action Property Management

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that they have entered into a management agreement with Action Property Management starting September 1, 2023. The change will benefit homeowners as their office is located at the Corona Office, 1250 Corona Point Court, Suite 404, Corona CA 92879 behind Lowes.

Homeowners will be receiving the September statement from Action Property Management via mail, please notice that the statement only will include September assessments and does not reflect any previous balance or credit carried forward on each homeowners account. The information will be included on your next statement after all closing balances are received from The Management Trust.

The Board of Directors would like to thank  Robert Muratela and The Management Trust team for the past years of professional service to the Laurelwood community.

Official correspondence with all details shall be arriving over mail in the next few days. Announcements and reference information will be updated appropriately in our website as we transition from The Management Trust to Action Property Management.
