Safeguard on Demand Patrol

The Board of Directors has contracted with a new patrol “Safeguard On Demand” starting, Monday June 17th, 2024. The new patrol company will be checking that vehicles are parked in driveways or guest parking spaces, properly displaying valid parking passes from 11pm to 7am as well as enforcing HOA Parking Rules. Officers also will perform checks around common areas, mainly pool area after hours.

Property Management wishes to remind all residents that only one pass is issued per homeowner. Valid Parking permits are blue 2020 and orange 2022. Red parking permits as well as white placards with brown letters are invalid and are subject to ticketing and/or towing.
